Shain Stoner of Southern Nazarene earned Sooner Athletic Conference
Baseball Player of the Week honors, while teammate Andrew Steinmeyer
and Rogers State's Grant Cosby were Co-Pitchers of the Week for Feb.
22-28.
Stoner, a sophomore infielder from San Diego, Calif., led the Crimson Storm to a 5-0 week with a .688 (11-16) batting average, 1.500 slugging percentage, four home runs, nine RBI, nine runs and a double on the week. He also stole two bases in as many attempts.
Cosby, a senior from Fayetteville, Ark., tossed a complete-game, nine-inning shutout against St. Gregory's, fanning 11.
Steinmeyer, a senior from Corona, Calif., threw a one-hit shutout against Friends and picked up a save against Briar Cliff.
