St. Gregory's University pitcher Sarah Bradley and Rogers State
University first baseman Linsey Curtis have been named Sooner Athletic
Conference Softball Pitcher and Player of the Week for March 8-14.
Curtis, a freshman from Collinsville, Okla., batted. 409 with four home runs and 12 RBI in six games, leading the Hillcats to a 5-1 week. She also had a 1.000 slugging percentage, six runs and a double, while breaking the school season home run record with her 15th home run of the season.
Bradley, a sophomore from Blacktown, New South Wales, Australia, was 6-1 on the week with wins over No. 16 Lee, No. 18 Mobile and No. 22 Auburn-Montgomery. She had a 1.71 ERA for the week with 41 strikeouts and two walks in 45 innings.
