Lubbock Christian University's Emily Atkins has been named Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for Jan. 16-22.

Atkins averaged 25 points and three rebounds in wins over Rogers State and John Brown, scoring 25 points in each game. Atkins shot 54 percent from the field and was 18 of 20 at the free throw line.
