Mid-America Christian teammates Tyler McIntosh (defensive) and Raphael Bonelle (offensive) gave the Evangels a sweep of the Sooner Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week awards for Aug. 27-Sept. 2.

McIntosh, a freshman from Sand Springs, Okla., had 12 saves and a shutout in leading the Evangels to their first 3-0 NAIA start. McIntosh shut out Bethel College and also made nine saves and allowed only a late goal with 4:30 remaining in a 4-1 rout of Oklahoma Christian.

Bonelle, a sophomore midfielder from Sao Paulo, Brazil, had half of the team's goals for the week, scoring twice against Oklahoma Christian and once against Bethel.
