Oklahoma Baptist's Hannah Helker is the Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for Sept. 24-30.

Helker won the College Division race of the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree in 18:15. It is her second win in as many races this season. She led the Lady Bison to a second-place team finish.
