Wayland Baptist's Hildon Boen has been named Sooner Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for Oct. 1-7.

Boen, a senior from Eldoret, Kenya, won the South Plains College Cross Country Meet in 24:18, leading his team to the first place finish.
