Oklahoma Baptist's Hannah Helker is Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for Oct. 1-7.

Helker, who has won all three races she has run this season, took the Bison Invitational, covering the five kilometer course in 17:10. She led the team to a first-place finish.
