Oklahoma City's Meghan McMahon and Oklahoma Baptist's Shannon Griffith are Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, for Oct. 22-28.

McMahon, a junior forward from Oklahoma City, recorded six goals on the week. She scored four in a 7-0 win at St. Gregory's and two more in a 3-0 victory at John Brown. The wins helped the Stars win the regular season conference title for a third straight season.

Griffith, a senior goalkeeper from Parker, Colo., had 14 saves in 200 shutout minutes in goal for the Lady Bison. She had 10 saves in a double-overtime 0-0 tie at Rogers State and four saves in a 2-0 win over Mid-America Christian.
