The Sooner Athletic Conference has announced its All-Conference women's soccer team for the 2016 season. A total of 29 student-athletes were selected on the two teams, 15 on the first team and 14 on the second team. Voting was done by the league's 10 soccer coaches.

Player-of-the-Year and Player-of-the-Year honors went to Aspen Robinson of John Brown. The sophomore forward from Littleton, Colo. is the Golden Eagles top scorer in goals (17) and points (43). Her teammate, Jastin Redman, also from Littleton, was voted the SAC Offensive Player-of-the-Year. Redman is second on the team in goals scored (15) and total points (40).

Two players – Samantha Weber of JBU and Theresa Garsztecki of Texas Wesleyan – shared the SAC Defensive Player of the Year award.

Mid-America Christian's Jordan Stanbrough and Texas Wesleyan's Drea Molina shared Newcomer-of-the-year award. JBU also collected freshman of the year with Kristen Howell, goalkeeper of the year with Kristen Morency, and coach of the year with Kathleen Paulson.
