KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Oklahoma City University's Daniela Wallen garnered her second consecutive nod as NAIA Division I women's basketball player of the week.
Wallen, a senior from Caracas, Venezuela, became the first back-to-back national player of the week since Ajha Edwards of Montana State-Northern on Dec. 29-Jan. 4 and Jan. 5-11, 2015.

Wallen records 24.0 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 3.27 steals per game this season. She ranks in the NAIA's top 10 in scoring, points, thefts and steals per game. Wallen owns the past four Sooner Athletic Conference player of the week accolades. She became OCU's first NAIA player of the week award winner since 2004-05.
