The Eagles received all 12 first-place votes to earn 300 total points. No. 2-rated British Columbia tallied 282 points.

The Eagles won the season-opening OC Arizona Intercollegiate on Feb. 18-19 before taking the OC Sleep Inn and Suites Classic on March 24-25.
Individually, three-time NAIA All-American Bruno Buccolo has a pair of first-place finishes to his credit at the Arizona Intercollegiate and Sleep Inn and Suite Classics.
Fellow three-time All-American Rhein Gibson finished in a tie for second at the Kauai Collegiate Cup.
The Eagles are back in action on March 31 and April 1 at the Diet Pepsi Shocker Classic hosted by Wichita State University. The event features an impressive field of NCAA Division I teams, as well as the Oklahoma City University, the No. 3 team in the NAIA.
