LINCOLN, Neb. – Oklahoma City University will begin its search for a sixth NAIA women's golf championship Tuesday at Wilderness Ridge Golf Club. OCU, ranked No. 2 in the NAIA, has captured NAIA titles in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
The Stars punched their ticket to the NAIA Championships by winning their 11th Sooner Athletic Conference title on April 23 at Dornick Hills Golf & Country Club in Ardmore, Okla. Elia Folch and Tanya Tibshraeny placed first and second respectively to help OCU to a 24-shot victory.

SHAWNEE – St. Gregory's University softball player Caitlin O'Hagan has been named to the 2013 Capital One Academic All-America first team as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) on Monday. O'Hagan, a junior from Choctaw, is one of 11 players on the first team and was selected from 96 all-district honorees in the college division, which includes NAIA, Canadian and two-year schools.

SALEM, Ore. – Oklahoma City University's Sondre Ronold carded a round-four 71 to capture the individual title at the NAIA Championships and lead the second-ranked Stars to their ninth NAIA men's golf title Friday at Creekside Golf Club.
OCU was the only team to finish under par finishing with 280-288-289-291–1,148, four under par, on the par-72, 6,887-yard course. The Stars defeated top-ranked Texas Wesleyan by 28 strokes and No. 3 Cal State San Marcos by 33 shots.

SALEM, Ore. – Oklahoma City University turned in a round-three 289 and stretched its lead to 16 strokes Thursday in the NAIA Championships at Creekside Golf Club.
The Stars, ranked No. 2 in NAIA men's golf, moved to 280-288-289–857, seven under par, on the par-72, 6,887-yard course and held a 16-shot advantage over top-ranked Texas Wesleyan after three rounds of action. Third-ranked Cal State San Marcos finished the third round 22 shots off the lead in third place.
