OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University upended top-ranked Lubbock Christian 5-0 on Friday at Jim Wade Stadium in the NAIA Region VI baseball championships.
The fifth-ranked Stars improved to 52-10 on the strength of Mike Lee's two-hit, complete-game shutout. OCU advanced to the title game at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jim Wade Stadium in the driver's seat of the tournament.

Farmers Branch, Texas (May 8, 2008) – After pitching ten scoreless innings in a 2-0 afternoon victory over No. 6 St. Gregory's University, Marissa Gonzalez went on to pitch an addition seven scoreless innings Thursday to lead the No. 9 nationally ranked Lubbock Christian University Lady Chaparrals to a 1-0 victory over the top seeded and No. 3 nationally ranked Oklahoma City Stars.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City University battered Oklahoma Baptist 25-2 on Thursday at Jim Wade Stadium in the NAIA Region VI baseball championships.
Top-ranked Lubbock Christian faces fifth-ranked Oklahoma City at 11 a.m. Friday at Jim Wade Stadium in the winners bracket final. No. 21 Oklahoma Baptist takes on 25th-ranked Texas Wesleyan at 2:30 p.m. Friday in an elimination game.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Games originally scheduled for Wednesday in the NAIA Region VI baseball championships have been postponed due to rain.
The tournament will pick up again Thursday at Jim Wade Stadium with the same schedule – Northwood (Texas) vs. Texas Wesleyan at 11 a.m., Lubbock Christian vs. Wayland Baptist at 2:30 p.m. and Oklahoma Baptist vs. Oklahoma City University at 6 p.m.
